[Hallicrafters] cleaning solution update

Sorry on my last posting on the home made cleaning solution but I got the
proportions wrong (I guess going from imperial to metric).  Thanks to Phil
Barnes-Roberts AD6PQ for pointing out the error that the water ratio of 32:1
didn't seem to match the other quantities for proportions.   This time
better (sorry still in metric):

100 ml sudsy ammonia
400 ml 99% alcohol
3200 ml water
1 tblsp dish detergent.

Phil also mentioned trying other grades of alcohol for different types of
cleaning needs.  I have used 70% alcohol (I think that's rubbing grade) and
that seemed to work well also.  At a minimum the alcohol is important in
speeding the drying process.  Both Phil and Dave Keeper (WEST) indicated
they have used this type of mixture before as well.
