[Hallicrafters] SX-133: Front glass panel

Hello to all,

I've been fortunate to receive via UPS an all-original
SX-133 receiver.  I've always wanted one of these
since my middle school days.  The front glass,
however, shattered in transit.

I would appreciate recommendations on how best to go
about repairing/replacing.  Sources for a replacement
are prefered but I'd be happy with a scan of an
original for silk screening.
