[Hallicrafters] HT-32 Transmitter

Good morning to one and all, I have a HT-32 that I bought with something
that is a part of the transmitter or a modification. There is a toggle
switch on the right side of the chassis. It is part of the tube 6cb6
configured with a variable resistor,4 resistors, a couple of capacitors,
and a wire running to a pin on oa2. From the toggle switch a cable with two
leads coming out to who knows what was hooked up to it. Can anyone help???
I am waiting for a manual so I hope that there may be something in it that
will give me a clue.  Tnx Dave WB6BIL
