[Hallicrafters] WHAT IS IT?

Possibly it is a B&W 350 audio phase shift network. 
These were used in the Heath SB-10 and many SSB rigs
(both homebrew and commercial) during the 1950s.

Heath and other manufacturers put their part numbers
on them.
