power cords there are isolation vaiac s out  there but  they are  high priced 


 the best way I have found to test or service any set is plug your variac in 
to 
an isolation transformer before you bring it up to voltage 

I have a 1.5KVA  isolation trnasformer under my bench to run any equipment 
off
of better safe than sorry
