Several reasons including the fact that attachments
are not normally allowed on reflectors.  Also, posting
it would be a violation of copyright law and the ARRL
is VERY protective of their copyrights.

With the Bono act, US copyrights are now for 95 years
instead of the "normal" 75 years as specified by the
Berne Convention.

Technically it is a violation of copyright law to even
make copies and distribute them without the written
permission of the ARRL.
