[Hallicrafters] QF-1 Q-Multiplier Modification

Changing the "broad" into a "variable bandpass"
feature is well worthwhile in the QF-1.  I did this
back in the 1959 / 1960 time frame with the one that I
used on my original Hallicrafters S-85 and it worked
very well.  The other two functions are not affected
by the modification.
