[Hallicrafters] ht-32b acc. socket

As far as I can determine the is no 110v available on the acc. plug of the
32b. The normally open contacts at pins 2 & 3, close when the 32b is put in
the transmit position and that completes the circuit for an external relay.
That is what my manual shows.
