Virtually all of those types of messages are due to a
virus in someone's computer and not the result of any
particular website. Or else the person who wrote the
virus is using the "spoofed" address as one of those
sites. The ARRL gets hit probably more often than any
of the other amateur radio websites. The person who
started the virus used a popular site to be "spoofed"
since it is easier to get their message "read" and
thus to propagate the virus into other people's
computers.
QRZ.com and eHam.net are two other sites that are
occasionally "spoofed" to get the virus started.
