[Hallicrafters] RE:Tube listining for DX-100b

I know this is not a Hallicrafters, but since I do not have a manual for a 
Heathkit DX-100B yet, and UPS broke several of the tubes that I have no idea 
what nomenclature they are,  I am asking for help.  (wow, a long sentence)

I need the large tubes that sit behind the 1625 tubes.  All the smaller tubes 
survived, as did the finals, but these three large tubes were knocked out of 
their sockets, and broke or were twisted at the base.
So I need (2)1625 tubes, and the three large tubes that sit between the 1625 
and the finals.
Does anyone have a quick reference for such, and is there a tube difference 
in the DX-11 and the DX-100B?
I cannot read any numbers on the damaged tubes.
