I have seen a pile of assorted 4AG fuse packages on the discount table at a
local parts place. If they are still languishing there, I can look for some
for you, if you wish. How many would you like to lay up for future use?
Is there anyone else on the Hallicrafter group that might need 4AG fuses?

----original message----
i am lookig for some 4AG fuses for an SX-28----
-Most SX-28 or SX-28A's are fitted with regular 3-AG fuses , which are
1/4" dia x 1 1/4" long.----Some of the older radios have a fuse that is a
little ''fatter'' ,e.g. 9/32'' dia x 1 1/4 long.---The newer fuses (3-AG)
do fit,but would not be ''authentic'' for this ''old-timer''---These radios
even have a clip on top of the chassis for a spare fuse, where it really
shows.
Where can I get some 4-AG's---The value should be about 1.5 Amp's 250
Volt.--
Tnx--Olaf---KF4TP---
