[Hallicrafters] Hallicrafters SX-101A knobs

I am hunting for the following knobs for a SX-101A restoration project:
            Pointer reset
            Notch depth
 
These are small, black plastic knobs with chrome insets.
I am also looking for 4 prism clips.
I'd appreciate hearing from you if you have any of these items or know
of a source.
