[Hallicrafters] Need case for HT-19

Subject line says it all.  A somewhat bedraggled HT-19 followed me home 
from the Peoria hamfest and it needs a case (and a manual but that 
shouldn't be hard to find).  Looks like a fairly standard Halli case but 
the original appears to have some type of flip of lid in the middle of the 
top.  Soon I will be ready to avoid BCI with my "new" NBFM halli transmitter :)
