[Hallicrafters] HT-32B No 10/40 Meter Out-put

hello:
I just purchased a HT-32B transmitter. Loads up fine on all bands 100 watts
except the 10 meter and 40 meter band. Were is a lilely place to start to
look for the problem? Looking at the manual I was thinking maybe checking
the heterodyne crystal oscillator alignment as indicated on page 22 of the
manual. Also I would like to purchase a 32.0 MC crystal to enable the
28.00-28.5 MC frequencies. If anyone has a extra crystal please contact me.
