I think I've seen the R171 heater resistor mentioned someplace  in the notes but I can't find it now. This heater resistor is open on my 32b and wonder what one can use as a substitute. Would a 10 watt, 2k ohm wire wound work as a replacement. A wire wound could easily be mounted on the inside of the chassis with the clip that is used with wire wounds.
