I have already contacted http://www.antiqueradioknobs.com
They need a perfect knob to mould it first. They said that they can do
any knob but metal parts such as inlays they don't do.

Has anyone ever asked Larry at <A
HREF="http://www.antiqueradioknobs.com/">http://www.antiqueradioknobs.co
m/</A> to start
manufacturing Hallicrafters knobs? I need plate tune and loading knobs
for
the HT-40 that aren't chipped.
Keep hunting...
