[Hallicrafters] desparately need a knob!

Why not start a new trend of mix and match knobs? I was happy as a Pig in a
fresh mud puddle with my vintage stereo FM multiplex tuner, until someone had to
tell me it had one knob that was not original. Now that lack of authenticity is
always gnawing at the corners of my mind and detracting from the enjoyment I
used to get from playing real vinyl records. Life is cruel -

Just like the model A Ford hubcap with the letters "FORD" written across it.
Which way did the "F" on "FORD" point? If the car was to be judged as authentic,
this was important. Do any of you know? If you just wanted to go for a ride on a
sunny weekend, who cared!

Mix and match those knobs, you get better DX that way -

If this knob shortage continues, it won't be long and the knobs will be
worth more than the rigs. <:-))

Still hunting high and low for audio control for SX-111 if anyone has one
out there! Thanks. Van, K7VS
