[Hallicrafters] HA-1 Regulator Tubes

The HA-1 keyer I recently acquired contains two
regulator tubes OA2 and OB3. The keyer seems to
function properly but I have a question about the
appearance of these two tubes.

The OB2 glows very brightly and gets very hot, a brite
orange color but the OA2 has only a slight glow and is
not nearly as hot (this is very scientific isn't it). I
know regulator tubes glow but I have always seen them
glow with a pinkish or purple glow.

According to the schematic, -105 volts and +150 volts
is available for plate and grid voltages. These voltages
are regulated by these tubes. Measuring these voltages,
the -105 volts is dead on. The +150 volts though is much
higher. It was measured at +210 volts.

My question: Should the OB2 glow so brightly? Should the
glow be orange or pink or does matter at all? Is the +210
volts too high? Thanks for any answers.
