[Hallicrafters] ARRL Warning

Be aware that someone is activating 'arrl.net' bounce accounts illegally. I have
received three e-mails tonight from 'Dave Williams', subject "Please Read".
Knowing such a person, I checked the first message. It is a scam out of Africa.
It was sent to me via an arrl.net account, which I do not have. I even sent a
test message and it came back to me via the ARRL, so somebody has set this up.
If you do not have such an account, keep an eye open for such an account
suddenly appearing.
