[Hallicrafters] Stuck knobs

Hi Bill;
I  run into stuck knobes all the time. I use heat to loosen stuck
screws. Place a table or reading lamp, 60 watts is the best a few inches
from the  knob. After a few minutes it will become tosty warm. Then
try removing the screws. if you can,t get a bite there are screw 
extractors sold at hardware stores. They look like a backwards drill.
Few drops of penetrating oil in the hole helps a lot too. Let soak
over nite if possible.
