[Hallicrafters] SX-28 sensitivity on 10-15 meters?

 I checked out a TV balun on a network analyzer at work. It was
pretty sorry below 5 MHz! The idea is good, though, and it shouldn't
be difficult to hombrew a transformer that will work down to the
lower end of the broadcast band. A lot of hams are using type 73
material binocular cores for matching beverages, K9AY loops, etc.
