Frank,
I expect the problem is the receiver is out of alignment. You want to
align the receiver first with all the pointer adjustments set to center.
That will give you a little +/- leeway after the alignment to provide
for a fudge factor as the alignment shifts over time so you don't have
to realign until it is really far out of spec.
