[Hallicrafters] Join HCI 20M Net On Sunday

Please make time to join with us on Sunday March 9th for the Hallicrafters
Collectors International 20 meter Net. It begins my fifth year as NCS. I expect
much praise, a lot of cash (do not accept PayPal, but Visa and Master Card are
cool), dozens of those electronic cards with that nifty music and other gifts
you got really cheap for a quarter at a garage sale and can't find a thing to do
with. My shipping address is good on qrz.com But if you just want to show up and
complain, that is all right too. We are just happy as a glowing Halli to have
you, regardless of your state of mind or lack of one therof. 	
	
The pre-Net begins at 12:45 PM EST, (1745 UTC) and the Net proper commences at
1:15 PM EST, (1815 UTC). The frequency is 14.293 Mhz usb +/- for key clicks,
mike splatter and the unmistakable tinkling sound of icicles falling from the
five element six meter bird roost sixty feet in the sky, hitting the metal
window awning and shattering like light bulbs being shot with a paper clip
powered by a heavy duty rubber band. Did you ever do that? Even more fun when
you snapped a Fly on a friend's sandwich during luch at school! Yuck! 	
	
I hope to hear many of you tomorrow to help me celebrate my anniversary. So wear
your Hallicrafters party hats, use something that still goes glow in the dark
(preferably not a relative who ate one of those old Radium powered night lights)
and heat up the Ham shack with the vintage gear as those little wheels spin
merrily on your electric power meter.
