[Hallicrafters] WWV 25 MHZ ???

Indeed.
Prior to WWV's move from Greenbelt, Maryland they used 25 MC. They also were 
on additional VLF frequencies. A check of any Radio Handbook pprior to the 
late 1960s shows 20 kc, 60 kc, 2.5 mc, 5.0 mc, 10 mc, 15 mc, 20 mc and 25 
mc.
