FLINT MI (Reuters):
Duane Fischer, a blind 56 year old part-time magician was found dead at 
his Flint MI home Saturday night.  According to a spokesperson from the 
Genesee County Coroner's Office, the victim was apparently strangulated 
by copper wire from one of his Ham radio antennas.
According to police investigators, Fischer was attempting to install the 
antenna on a tower in near-zero degree weather when he evidently slipped 
and fell 40 feet into a nearby frog pond.   An investigation is ongoing 
to determine how the strangulation occurred, and authorities are seeking 
to interview a possible witness who is described only as having the 
distinguishing characteristic of "webbed feet".
