Hi Lloyd,
    I think I had seen your extraction method related by you sometime ago -
I did use a lag screw on the one I did that was a little stubborn, probably
the the "black ukumpucky" one.  I should have mentioned it in my narrative,
maybe I'll do an revision - I see a few folks have already looked there.
    And yes, $20 plus caps is a reasonable price, I'd do the same if I had a
mind to.
