  Try Rit fabric dye, simply take clear tubing and simmer it in the fabric 
dye in a pot colored to your specs.. Even works witrh plastic pieces you need to 
recolor.. You can find it in any supermarket near the shoe polish or sewing 
stuff.. It will tint plastic evenly and give you brilliant colors.. Tnx Richy
