[Hallicrafters] HA-1 Keyer

I know, I'm lazy.  I have not had time to look in the manual on this
keyer but, here's what's happening.

First of all, it seems to work ok.  There is however, one function,
the "Hold" function that is working like this.

** Switching to the HOLD function, sends a continuous sidetone for about
10-15 seconds.
** After this time interval it stops the sidetone and I would assume
stops keying the
line.
** Switching again to HOLD function results in the same event and
timing.
** LEAVING the switch in HOLD, results in a continuous cycling of the
10-15 second
keying of the sidetone and I assume the key line, a rest period of about
the same
length and then start the cycle all over again with no intervention by
me.

Q:  Is this cycling on/off correct for this keyer.
