[Hallicrafters] Tune and load knobs for HT33

Any one know what and where I can get a couple of the plane, fluted knobs
that fit the HT33 series.

I have the HT-33B just about back together and although the knobs don't look
all that bad, they do have some chips on the edges.

Saturday, I picked up an SX 100 that has a panel that looks like new.  It's
beautiful. Unfortunately some one drilled a quarter inch hole in the side
flange to install a dimmer switch for the panel lights.  Fortunately I think
I can fill it so it won't show.  Unfortunately, some one (same person?)
installed a second SO-239 in the back of the cabinet.  I have no idea as to
why, or what it did.
The chassis is about mint except for a layer of dust which should clean up
fine.

Above all....It works!
