[Hallicrafters] Recapping radios

In the article it states that these caps were  4000 hours caps.  
 Obviously that is only 166.6,  24 hours days and we all know that 
capacitor last a lot longer than that. Someone want to explain to the 
group what this really means before everyone starts replacing caps in 
everything they own  2 times a year.
