You will no doubt get many answers on this. There are quite a few suppliers 
on the web, with quality products at reasonable prices.

I've been buying capacitors from Bob Piekarz at www.radioantiques.com for 
some time. They are very high quality parts, apparently made in China. They are 
physically smaller than Sprague Orange Drops and some other similar film 
capacitors, so will fit in all the tight spots such as you will find in the SX-28 RF 
section. Bob sells his parts in quantity bags rather than individually, but 
since you have several radios to go through, this should not be a problem. Bob 
also carries hi voltage electrolytics. Other readers of the reflector will 
give you other suggestions.
