[Hallicrafters] HA-1 keyer

I am still looking for a working TO keyer that is reasonably priced.  Actually I
am looking again, for I sent money to a fellow on this list who told me he had
one and agreed to send it for a certain price.  Six weeks later I still have no
keyer, just excuses that he is busy, and now, no communication at all.  

So I'm looking for an HONEST person who has a TO keyer who might part with it
reasonably, as soon as I build up a new "keyer fund" since this fellow still has
my old fund! I'm retired, on fixed income, and can not afford to adopt dishonest
people by sending them money for things they agree to sell and then won't ship. 

I don't need a cosmetically great one as I have both a case and a front panel
for one if needed.  But I do want one that works on all functions.
