[Hallicrafters] Cap replacement

I don't subscribe to the replace them all school as
well.  But, where the paper type capacitors are
concerned (be they black beauties, brown beauties,
plain old wax type, etc.) it is a lot cheaper in the
long run just to replace them all.  The mica, disc
ceramic, etc., don't usually go bad.  But, paper types
are problems just waiting to happen if they haven't
gone bad already.
