[Hallicrafters] Re Being Knocked Off The Air Today

For those who happened to be listening to the HCI 20 meter Net today when my
station went off the air, it was not struck by the lightning. It got a utility
pole down the street and knocked the power out. 	
	
Thank you to Don Power, K0TNP for handling the Net in my absence. Thanks also to
Greg N4OSJ for helping Don.	
	
I did manage to get back on the air about 2:50 PM EDT. All the equipment 'seems'
to be alright. Further testing will be done before it is used again, however.
Because of my precarious health situation, and tests on Monday and in the
hospital Tuesday morning, I am not sure when I will have the station back on the
air with the amplifier. Imagine, W8DBF doing NCS barefooted? Guess it is time to
change my socks!
