[Hallicrafters] Fall 1961 US Callbook/HT-40

Thanks to all who replied to my question.  Since I'm not in the Fall 61 book, 
it looks like I fired up the new HT-40 in September, October or November of 
'61 assuming the winter book was published in early December.  It's 
interesting to note that my HT-40 did have the peak modulation neon lamp, 
which probably indicates that it was an HT-40 Mark I, but all of the ads in 
the old QST's for '61 so the transmitter without the lamp.

When did Hallicrafters begin manufacturing the Mark I???
