He parts out a lot of old receivers and may well have a pair.  They were used 
on many models: S-38, SX-42, S-51, HT-17 and 18, SX-62, S-77, S-40, etc.  
Some have metal ring isserts which may be removed without much difficulty if 
your application calls for a plain Jane knob.
