According to the Motorola data book this is a 400 volt rectifer diode
rated at 0.75 A.
Replacement is a 1N4004 but a 1N4007 (available from any parts house or
even Radio Shack),
rated at 1000 Volts 1.0A, will work fine.

I have a SX-130 myself which is next on the list of things to fix. Works fine
except that from time to time a pop will be heard as the S-mater reading
dives and the audio drops... any ideas? For example, a steady S9+20
signal will drop to a unsteady S-4 or so. As the S-meter in a
SX-130 is in the cathode of the first IF stage will start looking there
as well as the entire
AGC bus. Anyone else had this problem?
