I am looking for the following FET: Motorola HEP F0015,
or its equivalent  (I need four of them)  to complete the conversion of my Heathkit Signal Generator IG-102 from vaccum tube to FET operation. This would make my life much easier as my isolation transformer (220 volt to 110 volt) is no longer delivering the "goods". Also, it will make the IG-102 completely portable. The conversion is very reversible should I wish to sell the Sig Gen again.

I have tried to get FET specs from Motorola but they say that the "sold" the data to +++++ and anyway the part is obselete.

Any help would be appreciated.
