[Hallicrafters] Homebrew Transmitter-Anyone Ever Seen This Circuit?

Dave,
Actually I may be able to shed some light on this rig; it matches a HB
receiver I have. The receiver was built by Lew Wilhelm, W7TB. Lew died
maybe 6-8 years ago and his gear was distributed by means of an estate
auction. I do not specifically recall that transmitter but I do have a
video tape of Lew's shack before it was broken up and it might be in
there. Lew lived in Oak Creek Canyon, about a two hour drive from Phoenix.
What Hamfest did I miss??
