[Hallicrafters] SX-28 front panel color

Yes Al, your panel is the same color as mine the best I can tell.
It is black. Take a look at the 2 SX-28's just listed on e-pay the
last couple of days, if you compare the color of the panel to the
knobs and meters they are definitly a dark gray-black color, but
NOT black.
Now these could have been repainted but I have seen others this
color. Maybe it is like a 390 thing where panel colors varied.
