The part cataloged by Alltronics is the Wire-Pro 80-MC2M.
If you look at the way they list the part ( "Amphenol
type." Wire Pro #80-MC at m ) it's obvious that someone made
an entry error when inputing the part number... ie: the 2
and @ key are the same key depending on the shift so
someone hit the shift and we see a @ instead of a 2.

For those interested... Wire-Pro purchased the rights and
license from Amphenol to manufacture many of the items
discontinued by Amphenol in the 1980's or earlier... this
includes the entire 80 series of microphone connectors.
They are great quality... and the 80-MC2M is indeed the
correct plug for Heathkit, Collins and Hallicrafters 2-pin
mics.

As far as cost effectiveness... Allied Electronics lists
these plugs at about $10.00 each plus shipping and Newark
is selling them for $10.61 each new. IF the listing at
Alltronics is correct... and I suspect it is (I'm calling
later today to be sure) it's a heck of a deal !
