Mike, 	
	
I have a great deal of respect for you. I have never made any secret of it.
However, you overextended yourself before, and really hurt yourself in the eyes
of many, please do not do it again.	
	
I, and many others, value and appreciate your work. Just deliver what you can
Mike, and let the rest happen as time permits. Your full time job, your family
and your personal life killed Total Electronics last year. Mainly because you
had a lot of BIG ideas and plans, but forgot you are only one person. I admire
your spunk, but Mike, one small step at a time. 	
	
I wish you only success Mike, but credability is very difficult to achieve, and
oh so easy to lose. This time, please take little small sure footed steps.
Quality endures, and sells itself. Nobody expects it all at once, and if they
do, they are unrealistic. Take it slow, my friend, and it will work for you, and
for all of us too.

I'd like to say that we have the Halli Paints and most
are very close or on exact shade, these were
formulated
by Rob Hummel years ago and I have not changed them,
since we bought the business from Lynn Brock who
bought it from Rob, we have added many other colors, I
do use a out of town vendor for this series and he
frequently
lets me down on some orders due to other big users
therefore I have to wait! I have had a good discussion
with the manager and he has promised to give me better
service and has also agreed to set me up to be able to
mix my own paints here at the shop, As soon as the new
shop is finished (in process now) we will acquire all
the necessary materials and we will be mixing paint as
needed and will will have stock ready for shipment on
all the brands of equipment , we will have silkscreens
for all panels ready so we can redo your panels also
all in one location. The websites will be updated next

month with new stuff and services. We will also be 
making replacement knobs in the spring for several
brands and would welcome any spares that I could make
a mold by and of course WE WILL RETURN THEM! and we
will add some items as there is a good interest in.
Lynn Brock n0alo has the dials for lots of Halli units
also. Hope each and all of you have a Happy New Year!!
