Let me add to George's comments. It is a new and unused item/part that
may be 20, 30, 40 years old, etc. and in most cases still in the
original packaging. The term did come from the antique car hobby. I
started hearing it when I was in that hobby 20 years ago and in the last
few years has begun to show up in antique radio and boatanchor circles.
