Hi,

My book only identifies it as RELAY, VOX, Part number 021-000732.

Are you sure it is the relay? What are the symptoms?  Is it getting voltage 
when you PTT? Does the coil have continuity? Have you checked the contacts to 
see if they just need cleaning? 

PULL THE  AC PLUG EXCEPT TO CHECK VOLTAGES!
