pin voltages on s19-r 
can someone tell me what the pin voltages are supposed to be on a s19r the data i halve doesn't give that im halving troubles getting any reception on band 4 and band 1 drops out after i get 2 and 3 aligned any clues i halve  re caped it and plane to replace the resistors hoping that will cure the troubles   dbanka at hotmail.com or sailordave at nvinet.com  +
