I do restoration of old jukeboxes(talk about the smell of smoke!!). We use two things to get out the stink. One that works well is good old fashion  ammonia (house hold lemon scented) Clean the whole chassis and cabinet ( keep it off of any lettering- especially the dials) with a wipe down of the ammonia and follow it with a clean rag and water. If that does not do it (should do it 90% of the time) we fall back on a local product made by "BUTCHER'S".
They make a product called " SPEEDBALL" that is very good at cleaning out nicotine.
They also make floor wax for bowling alleys.
