Hi Scott,

I have re-capped a couple 28s.  There are no good parts layouts that I am
aware of.  You're just going to have to ID each cap via the schematic and
tube layouts.  The wax caps are easily found anyway.  Make sure you look at
the RF, mixer and IF stage resistors too.    I drew up pictures of each
stage and where each component connects in.  Then I replaced them.  The
components under the RF section are a serious endeavor as the shafts have to
be removed (there was site that that spelled out a step by step approach to
this).
