STANCOR P-6011 Power Transformer:

350-0-350 V CT @ 70 ma
5.0 V CT           @  3  A
6.3 V CT           @ 2.5A

Type M mounting  Half Shell:  Bottom shell of transformer fits through hole 
in chassis, leads come out 2 holes in bottom of shell.

Original list price: $ 6.35

Normal but not chiseled in stone lead colors:

Primary,    Black
HV sec,     Red,                   CT red-yel
6.3 sec,     Green,                CT Green-yel
5.0 sec,     Orange or blue    CT Orange-yel or Blue-yel depending on base 
lead color
