[Hallicrafters] Admin Request, Please Read

I must request that those of you who are just using a first name, change your
'from' field to include a last name or call sign or something. Because of the
spam filters, many subscribers are blocking incoming messages with a first name
only and/or an empty 'subject' field.	
	
I do not read any message from "Doug", as he could be any one of a number of
people I know with that first name. Hence, some of you are going to not have
your messages read by whomever you send them to. Some lists are now filtering
out mail from those who just use one word in the 'from' field, be it a first
name or some other word such as "Dxer". I also ignore any message with an empty
'subject' field.	
	
If you are one of these people using just a first name, or single word, in your
'from' field, please change it.
