Can I replace the electrolytic caps with another kind that don't seem to go bad as often?  

Duane suggested that I replace the electrolytic caps because they are probably bad, the radio sat for 10-15 years.  When it was brought back on line, it was just started up.  The ham that I got the radio from probably didn't think about the restart.

It seems to work fine except that it seems to drift, and the PA Tune and Preselector seem eratic.  

Also, I am looking for the three optional 10 M band XTALS and a drive belt.

If someone could help me with these items I would appreciate it.
